Design Red offers 24/7 remote and onsite support. We can address most issues remotely. In instances where onsite support is needed, we’ll send a qualified systems engineer to your place of business to assess and solve any issues your network may encounter. We are courteous and professional–and understand that not everyone has the technical proficiency and language of an IT person; so we have found that it makes matters easier to break things down into laymen's terms.
We also offer an online customer portal (see image) that provides our customers access to a sophisticated issue tracking system. This system allows our customers to request service, track projects, view invoices, create reports and stay in touch with their assigned systems engineers. Secure and real-time updates allow you access to your project status from anywhere in the world.
